A good dodger starts with a good pattern. We strap the frame under extreme tension and use adhesive tapes and Pantex pattern plastic to fit your dodger with an extreme level of precision.
This 32’ Benetau required moving the traveler cleats from the end of the traveler, aft, to eliminate the factory slot and minimize the intrusion through the glass. The line will run through a polished 3/4” hole in the polycarbonate window.

The top of this dodger was lowered to accommodate the height of the captain.
This 46’ Tartan Dodger Enclosure had several challenges. Sail view windows, a zip open dodger top, to ease sail furling, a bungee embedded edge, to keep the connector from flapping, and boots for the adjustable back stays.
To get as close to waterproof as possible, we fabricated PVC blocks, that act as fairleads for a foundation for our track.
